You should be absorbed by the music and the composer/performer, it is a whole experience, that is why you go and see these bands live. couldn't aggree with you more, people should listen to the music more, but if it is one way of getting them to listen to the music and make an ever contagious and fabulous decsion, whats the harm in obcessing in any of the members? It's human nature once you find something you are interested in to find everything you can about them.
